Welcome to the Town of Middleburgh

Proudly located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains in beautiful Schoharie County, New York.

With more than thirty-seven hundred residents calling Middleburgh home, the tight-knit community has a thriving business district; a collection of dedicated volunteers that maintain two active fire departments and an ambulance squad; and a family friendly school district that is the pride of Middleburgh.

Prominently placed at the heart of the scenic Schoharie Valley, Middleburgh has breath-taking views of Vroman's Nose heading South on Route 30 and of the amazing cliffside formation facing North in the enclosed Village.
